30-day money-back guarantee

Buildex offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — subscriptions and one-time credit packs. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the order and request a refund, or contact Paddle support from that page.
3. You can also contact Buildex support through your account and we will help coordinate with Paddle.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days we generally do not issue refunds for past billing periods, but you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
